• Name (preferred name, last initial)

• Preferred method of contact

• Model count

• Base size

• Color scheme / Design concept

The most important part to include is the Design concept. Please make sure to include as much as you can, as the more details you give me, the better I can guarantee your models are absolutely perfect for you!
